RSVPlay™ — Complimentary RSVPs

Many productions include a limited allocation of complimentary RSVPlay™ tickets. Availability is limited and specific arrival requirements may apply.

Birthday Tickets — Celebrate With Us

If an event falls during your birthday month, reach out about complimentary birthday admission. We can also arrange a special discount code for your friends, subject to availability.

The Vibe List™ — Create With Us

Have a substantial or engaged following on Instagram, TikTok, or another platform? We’d love to collaborate.

The Vibe List™ is our influencer and creator collaboration program. For example, you might make a video about an upcoming production, discuss what excites you about it, and publish a collaborative post with Life Itself encouraging people to discover the event and get tickets. In exchange for an agreed promotional contribution, we provide complimentary admission.

Collaborations can also extend to Fourth4Space™ activations and other experiences across the network.

Productions may offer paid tickets by arrival window and additional experiences such as VIPlay™. See each event page for details.

Help Make It Happen. Then Enjoy What You Helped Create.

Much like a festival, Life Itself brings together people to build installations, welcome guests, support experiences and bring productions to life.

Crew members take on defined roles and shifts, with complimentary event access available under suitable arrangements. Teams typically arrive several hours before doors open, meet one another and receive an assignment briefing or training.

It’s a great way to meet people, make new friends, gain event experience and become part of the community.

Load-In & Assembly

Help prepare activity areas, installations, furniture, and Play Stations before guests arrive.

Content Capture

Help create interviews, entertaining videos, guest interactions and original social content in approved areas, with appropriate consent. No photography or filming inside designated Play Spaces.

Consent Concierge™

Help guests with directions, activity navigation, information, and resources such as water stations. Direct questions or concerns that require regulation or consent support to trained Regulators.

Disassembly & Load-Out

Help break down installations, pack equipment, clear activity areas and restore the venue when a production concludes.

Security

Have relevant security experience? Ask about opportunities to support admission, venue operations and incident response. Appropriate qualifications and screening apply.

Medical Personnel

Qualified EMTs, medics and other medical professionals can inquire about participating in event medical operations. Relevant credentials and role-specific requirements apply.

Harm Reduction & Resource Sharing

Our productions frequently feature harm-reduction tables and educational resources. If your organization offers education, materials or helpful community services, reach out about hosting a resource-sharing activation.

Consent. Regulation. Connection.

Regulators are trained members of Life Itself’s Regulations & Monitoring operation. They monitor designated Play Spaces, support consent, answer questions and respond to concerns.

They are also personable, friendly resources. Sometimes guests need help with a consent concern. Sometimes they’re nervous, want directions or simply want someone to talk to.

DOORientation™

DOORientation™ familiarizes guests with rules, consent expectations, practical procedures, participation and where to seek assistance.

The Vibe Check™

The Vibe Check™ helps establish an understanding of boundaries, expectations, consent and appropriate participation before entering a designated Play Space.

Running Circuits

Regulators circulate through designated Play Spaces, monitoring activity, answering questions, supporting guests and following established procedures when concerns arise. These may involve a decompression area, coordination with other personnel, or separation and escalation under our procedures.

Training & Participation

Interested candidates can receive training in consent, regulation, guest interaction and operating procedures; additional screening or approval may apply. Regulators work alongside security, medical personnel, Consent Concierges™ and the wider event crew.
